Requirements

Can I use my international driver's license?
Valid drivers licenses issued in your state or country is acceptable as well as international licenses along with your state issued valid driver license.

Do I need insurance?
Yes, insurance is required by state law.

What are your age requirements?
You have to be at least 21 years of age.

Service

Do you pick up and drop off customers?
Yes, we have a service to pick up and drop off customers for rentals within 3 to 6 miles for $20.00 flat fee.

Do you pick up at the airports?

Since our office located at the hotel then you need to call us once you arrived at the LAX airport and or you can take uper  or taxi. we are abuot 2 miles away from LAX air port. Once you get to the Hotel you can find our office located inside the parking garage on the first floor. And you will receive a confirmation including the information for the pick up services.

Method of payment

What forms of payment do you accept?
You can pay cash, check, credit card, travels check, or debit card.

Can I use another persons credit card for renting a vehicle?
Yes, but the card holder must present themselves with proper picture I.d. to sign the rental contract.

Deposit

Do I need a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required for security purposes. The amount of the requested deposit will be returned to you upon returning the vehicle.

How much is the deposit?
The deposits is based on the type of vehicle, usually from $250.00 to $500.00. for a credit card.

Type of vehicles

What type of cars do you have?
We have economy, compact, mid size, full size, convertibles, vans, SUVs and some exotic cars.

Do you have automatic or stick shift cars?
We have automatic cars and stick shift cars, make sure you ask for a stick shift in advance. Since most of our cars are automatic.

Do you have air conditioned cars?
Yes, all our cars have air conditioning.

Do you rent cars by the hour?
Yes, cars can be rented by the hour with a minimum of 4 hours.

No Smoking: Smoking fine is $200. Cleaning fee is $125. (spills, sand, pet hair etc.)

Accessories

Do you offer accessories with your rentals?
We do have accessories that can be rented with the vehicles. The accessories are a baby seat, cell phones car mount, and GPS systems.

Additional charges

Is there an additional charge for more than one driver?
Yes, additional charges apply when rental vehicle is to be driven by more than one person.

Is there an additional charge for fuel?
Fuel must be brought back the same way it was given to you.

Is there an additional charge for underage?
Yes, it only applies to customers that are 21-24 years old.

Out-of-state

Can I drive out-of-state?
Vehicles can only be within the state. Contact us for additional fee to take vehicles out-of-state.

Monthly Special

If I rent a vehicle for a month can I get a good price?
Yes, vehicles can be rented by the month and receive a special offer.

Discounts

Do you have AAA, travel agencies or airport employee's discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts to members of any one of these associations.

Do you offer coupons?
Yes we do, you can print it out from the web site when available.

Returning vehicles

If I have a flight leaving during your closing hours, is there anywhere I can leave your vehicle?


Yes, we have a drop off service. Let us know in advance for instructions on where to leave your vehicle.

We require that the rental vehicles be returned during normal business hours. Please check with your branch about Sunday hours.

Please check with the rental location when picking up your rental vehicle for exact procedure.

Please Note: Vehicles should be returned to the same location where picked up unless prior arrangements have been made with the original renting location.

If you drop off your rental vehicle at the different location but did not originally pick up your vehicle at that location, an additional minimum of $85.00 +drop fee may be charged.

If you want to return a vehicle when the branch is closed you must check with them when picking up your vehicle to determine if an "after hours" service drop box is available.

Doing so will help you avoid additional charges

Please Note: A vehicle that is returned after hours will not be checked in until the next business day. If returning after hours when a branch is closed, the customer is responsible for the vehicle until the satisfactory check in of the rental vehicle the next business day.

Am I allowed to drive my rental car to Canada or Mexico?

Vehicles rented in the US cannot be driven outside the US.

And/or any vehicle classes may not be allowed to travel outside of the US.

Our vehicles cannot be driven into Mexico or Canada.

Do you offers child restraint systems?

Yes we do offer child safety or child booster seat. You can reserve one online.

Child safety or child booster seats are featured in some non-airport locations but in limited quantities so they cannot be guaranteed with a reservation. If you prefer this type of seat, please ask about availability at the counter when you arrive

Remember, you can inquire with your airline about bringing your personal child booster seat or child safety seat from home.

It is the renter's responsibility to properly install and fasten a child safety or child booster seat.
